Iyo Sky vs. Asuka

Starting with Iyo Sky vs. Asuka—since they were former friends and family—it seems something similar is about to happen again. At WWE Backlash 2026, Asuka will fight the match with full honesty, even though her integrity has completely faded over the last few years. She usually shows her cheap tactics in every match, but this time, that won't happen. This is because Iyo Sky and Asuka are going to be reunited in a bond once more. 

It will go down like this: there will be a massive, powerhouse fight between Asuka and Iyo Sky in the Backlash arena, Both will hit their finishers on each other, but neither will give up. Finally, Iyo Sky’s body will just give out, and she’ll lose to Asuka. Both will be lying in the ring, completely exhausted. Even Asuka won’t have the energy to celebrate her win. But wait—that’s when the real scene begins!

The 'Fatal Influence' theme music will hit, and the three newly debuted superstars will enter the ring to attack Iyo Sky. This attack isn’t because they have a personal grudge against Iyo; it’s meant to hurt Rhea Ripley. They’ll just keep beating down Iyo Sky relentlessly. Eventually, Asuka will regain consciousness and try to fight all three of them off, but she won’t be able to handle the numbers game. She’ll get taken out too and end up back on the mat.

Danhausen And Mr. ???? vs. Kit Wilson And The Miz

Now, let's talk about Danhausen's Mystery Partner—yes, the same partner who will team up with Danhausen to take on Kit Wilson and The Miz. Actually, friend, let me tell you that Danhausen alone is enough for The Miz and Kit Wilson, but as far as the rules go, according to Backlash 2026, this is a 2-vs-2 match. It’s impossible for one team to have two members while Danhausen is alone.

And why would he be alone anyway? That won't happen because the Mystery Partner's name has already appeared on many websites. Hey, what's the rush? I'll even tell you the result of the match between Danhausen & Mr. ???? vs. The Miz and Kit Wilson.

Since the partner is just like Danhausen, the secret is out: Danhausen’s mystery partner is Mr. Iguana. It’s only been a few days since Mr. Iguana signed with WWE; he has made guest appearances in WWE before, but now he has left AAA Wrestling and signed a full WWE contract.

While it’s confirmed that Mr. Iguana will be Danhausen's partner at Backlash 2026, it isn't clear which brand he'll join yet since his contract is with WWE in general, not specifically NXT, SmackDown, or Raw. Regardless of where he goes, we’ll stick with WWE.

Sami Zayn will fully embrace his villainous side, while Trick Williams will take the path of complete honesty. You might remember that two or three months ago, Sami Zayn shared his son's wish—his son told him, 'Baba, I want you to become a World Champion just once, like John Cena has been a 17-time World Champion'. This is the key to him becoming World Champion; he will adopt a villainous persona to have a chance at winning the title by cheating. Yes, friends, our favorite Seth 'Freakin' Rollins has a confirmed match against Bron Breakker at Backlash. What makes it even more interesting is that Paul Heyman will be at ringside with Bron Breakker.

John Cena is about to deliver news that will change everything.

Let’s look back a bit to see how this story shifted. You probably remember Bronson Reed’s qualifying match for Elimination Chamber 2026, right? Bronson Reed was injured in that match. That wasn’t a script; it was a real-life injury. WWE then turned that reality into a storyline, using an injury angle for Jey Uso as well. WWE needed a member of 'The Vision' back for Elimination Chamber to set up Seth's return. 

After Bronson’s real injury, they decided to put Logan Paul into the Elimination Chamber because they had no other choice. Bron Breakker was already out with his own injury at the time, and they felt Logan Paul was a better fit than Austin Theory. Logan Paul entered the Chamber, and that’s when Seth Rollins made his surprise return to attack him. 

Now, the match with Bron Breakker is set. It seems WWE wants to turn Bron into their biggest villain. In this match, they will both fight with everything they have, but then Austin Theory and Logan Paul are expected to interfere. This will allow Bron Breakker to defeat Seth Rollins and solidify himself as a powerhouse villain. 

Their rivalry will likely continue all the way to SummerSlam for a final showdown

Roman Reigns vs. Jacob Fatu

Jacob Fatu Will Be the Next Big Star

Friends, it’s being heard that the fight for the title between Roman Reigns and Jacob Fatu at Backlash 2026 is no ordinary battle; it’s a family war. It’s a "calling"—but who is calling whom? Listen, friends, you’ve already seen Jacob Fatu’s matches, and WWE will not disappoint him. This match is going to be very serious because Roman always wants to stand tall within his family, and Jacob Fatu shares that same blood. Since the blood is the same, the fight will be a "bloody" one.

Jacob Fatu is a fantastic fighter, and even if he doesn't want it, Solo Sikoa will definitely interfere. If Solo Sikoa shows up, the older brothers—meaning The Usos—will also be there. In the chaos between Solo Sikoa and The Usos, Jacob Fatu will lose to Roman, but the crowd will still chant "This is Awesome" for Jacob.

A rematch will likely happen soon, perhaps at SummerSlam, and that’s where the "Boss" will be called upon. Meaning, The Final Boss (The Rock) will be brought in to face Roman. While The Usos will support Roman, The Final Boss will back Jacob Fatu. Unfortunately, Jacob Fatu won't win, but this will lead to a massive main event at WrestleMania 43:
